What do I do if my order arrived incorrectly?

If you have received the wrong item, please take a picture of it, and reply back to your order confirmation email, or email to info@ivanmed.com referring to your order them. We should be able to resolve it for you within 24 hours.

If something is missing from your order, please check your box if there was any delivery note included, as it could be that the product is out of stock and we put it on backorder. If there was no delivery note, contact us.
