Should the client stop antihistamines before having cryo treatment?

The treatment is partly based on histamine action. Treatment with CryoPen cannot be performed if you are taking Antihistamines – please avoid taking antihistamines 2-3 days prior to your treatment unless medically prescribed.  We would suggest if they are taking these for allergy reasons seek advice first before treatment.
