Shipping Policy
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing
products. The policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Delivery options
We use a third-party supplier who is responsible for shipping orders, they called
Inxpress. Notifications about your order may be sent directly from them.
We use DHL for our orders and in some cases, for smaller order, we may use
Royal Mail.
We don’t deliver outside of UK
Delivery times
Our delivery time is 3-5 business days, and orders are shipped only on business days
which are Monday -Friday. All times and dates given for delivery of the products
are estimates only, delivery notification will be sent directly by the courier.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take longer
than usual.
Delivery fee
Our delivery fee is £10, and we offer free delivery on orders over £300
Orders to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are £25.
Tracking information
You will be notified when you order is ready by Inxpress and further tracking
detail is emailed and texted to you when the order is despatched. You will be
able to track your order directly on the courier's website.
Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns in case of buyer error.
