My needle cartridge get stuck, what should I do?

A very important point to note is the correct handling of the device during needle cartridge removal. When removing the needle, the white tip of the pen must be held to support the internal joints and ensure stability during the process. If the tip is properly supported, no damage should occur to the pen.
