# I think my needle cartridge is faulty.

We always recommend checking the needle before every treatment. If you think that your needle cartridge is faulty, the depth is not changing, we advise taking out the cartridge, making sure the device is set back to 0 mm, and reinserting the cartridge. This should solve the issue.
