# I have registered for the online training portal but it asks me to pay. What should I do?

If you purchased a package and the training was included in it free of charge, you won't have to pay for the online training.

You have been given a discount code to access the training code free of charge. You need to click on ‘Buy’ next to your course and then apply your discount code.
